Summer Festivals/Events

Looking for a big event to take your children to this summer?  Do you want to check out a parade or head to an arts fair? We are lucky to have some great festivals in Rhode Island. From the Newport Jazz Fest to the Charlestown Seafood Festival, you can eat, drink & party your way through this summer!

  • PVD Fest– June 1-5, 2017
    • Live music, dance, food, and visual art installations transform the city in a four-day, multi-arts take-over of public spaces, parks, and outdoor stages in the heart of Providence. In its third year, PVDFest will expand to explore art education and public art installations.
  • RIPride Fest– June 17th, 2017
    • This year’s RIPride Fest and Illuminated Night Parade is centered on the theme “When We R.I.S.E – Rhode Islander’s Standing for Equality.” The PrideFest will have a variety of live entrainment, a marketplace of over 200 vendors, Kid’s Zone, food trucks, arts, and a Youth Center.
  • Ancients and Horribles 4th of July Parade
